IVS Combination Centre

DGFI, together with the Bundesamt für Kartografie und Geodäsie (BKG), is one of two Combination Centers of the International VLBI Service for Geodesy and Astrometry (IVS). In this context, DGFI is responsible for the

IVS tropospheric parameter rapid combination (see figure below)
and the long-term IVS tropospheric combination, which enables climate studies, and

provides the software (DOGS-CS) for the various combination processes on the normal equation level.
